  they work hard and take care of their mothers.

  they are loving uncles and kind hearted.

  but they are 5'3', 290 lbs., bald at 35 and their personal interests are grounded in 3 stooges movies and star trek reruns.

  I feel for such folk. It has always been around in society and does serve a purpose. Society itself can be tremendously hipocritical in this area. Even in this city, Dr. Keon a famous heart surgeon, and pioneer in his own right went this route. Willy Bagnel, a very prominent politician did as well. The first thing the papers did was try to destroy their characters and all they had accomplished in life. Even cops take advantage of hookers at times, but of course wer'e not supposed to know that! There seems to be an element of puritanical hipocrasy evident in society that I find very hard to stomach.

  In Holland, they have now made arrangements for a disabled man to make two visits a month because he was not attractive and was getting very aggressive with women. He is given a cheque specifically for that purpose. They have noted a 180 degree change in his his character and is now very sociable with other folks. Their government is being pragmatic about it and are better able to control what will be going on anyways.

  i have been reading this board for about 4 years.

  after 38 years of being a baptized jehovah's witness, i did some research on the internet and found enough evidence to quit.

  that was 4 years ago and i am so much happier now.

  If relgion is the opiate of the masses then the watchtower is an overdosed heroin Junkie that is selling toxic lethal street crap to innocent kids, while they get the pure shit and all the profits.

  They are still junkies, and lately their hits have been low grade. Because they been in the game a while they havn't fully felt the effects yet, of there long term use, but getting burned upwards of 60 million is a good start. They will never ween themselves off either, cuz they have too much power now. There is still 27,000 more unhappy customers that want your ass now, not to mention millions of other lives you've ruined with your crack. When the shit finally hits the fan you will end up not in detox, but in the missions and jails along with the criminals, which is where you really belong.

  i'll tell you why i think so.. your opinions on this subject are welcomed.. nothing in the bible shows a set-up like the one the christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses uses.

  where in the bible is a "judicial committee" ever mentioned??

  or "chairman of the committee"?

  I think it was the dream of phychopath Joe Rutherford to have a kingdumb within a kingdome, a subculture with its own laws wherin he would be the king of his own little universe. He was very clever, and had to know alot about how to get away with this in society. Especially when it came to making sure the rules did not apply to him. He was from a heavanly order and everyone else was a slave to him.

  He blurred so many lines that he actually got people beleiving that he was a fatithful and get this,{ loud mouth, arrogant} discrete slave, while he drove around in the most expensive cars money could buy and owned five homes during the depression. He even had air conditioning in the 30's while the brothers toiled for peanuts in their little hovels. The whole attitude design and make up of the worst judicial system ever came from him and his super ego. An ego even Saddam would envy.

  How Disfellowshipping Corrupts Congregations

  disfellowshipping is frequently held up as an example of how jehovah's witnesses are different from.

  other religions and how jehovah supposedly keeps the organization "clean".

  question that needs to be asked is if disfellowshipping really keeps congregations morally clean.

  You better beleive it! Very well said Metatron. I could,nt agree with this part more. It really strikes a chord with me.

  The interesting thing is "The Society knows dam well about due process and everything legal from the worldly point of veiw. The whole org. is made up of lawyers right from the top on down. The biggest and the best in the game! They know dam well how to defend themselves and have been doing it with our money, and at our expense, for the last 130 years, but they cannot find it in themselves to offer the very ones that keep there stupid org. going any justice at all. Can't rank and files see this? No wonder the org. doesn't want anyone getting a higher education!

  Speaking of Kangaroo courts, with people who I do not recognize as magistrates or even ministers, when I asked them, who my accusers were they refused to tell me. This way I could not defend myself against them. They only have one sentence that they are good at giving out. The death sentence! This helps silence not just you but everyone around you. Spiritual death in the sense that they ruin every social connection and family tie you ever made and act like you don't exist. They have no due process and there hearing take all of 5 minutes.

  There is only one way to repay your debt to this holy band of magistrates. Society in itself has prison, fines, garnishment of wages, probation etc. In witness world you can repay your debt in only one way. SHOE LICKING!
